Stamford, CT – (May 1, 2019) – CareBuilders at Home Stamford, one of the nation’s leading in-home care providers for seniors, today announced the appointment of Lisandra Figueroa as Care Director.
Figueroa will have the supervisory role for the CBaH care givers staff, including recruitment and certification opportunities, as well as be responsible for the daily care scheduling for home visits and transportation for CBaH customers throughout the Greater Fairfield County Connecticut area.
Rob Ruotolo, President and Owner of CBaH Stamford, said, “We are extremely pleased to have Lisandra join our team. She is playing a vital role as the lead coordinator of customer visits and the managing supervisor of our care givers staff. Her extensive experience in the home care field is a tremendous benefit as we expand our staff to accommodate the increasing number of customers and the services we provide in the area.”
Figueroa arrives at CBaH from Atria Senior Living (Stratford, CT) where she was the Resident Service Assistant, CNA, providing daily living assistance to residents as well as intake and output of patients. She has been working the field as a home care provider since 2001 as a Patient Care Assistant at CT In—Home Assistance in Trumbull and then at Companions & Homemakers in Westport. A Certified Nurse’s Aide by The Connecticut Department of Public Health, Figueroa is also a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) and Certified Electrocardiogram Technician.
“Lisandra is a wealth of knowledge and experience from both the care givers point of view and for the expectations of each and every customer. She is already adding more on-site trainings, certification programs and best practices that give our staff the most beneficial ways to give our customers the best possible service experience,” Ruotolo said. “Her incredible insight to each and every customer’s individual needs and how to provide for them is invaluable as CBaH defines its leadership role as the best quality, friendly and knowledgeable in-home care giving service in the area.”
CBaH is nationally recognized for its high-quality, personalized array of services. CBaH Stamford, the first CBaH in CT, opened in January, expanding the availability of its resources and ability to create and deliver a customized home care plan for each and every customer. CBaH has on-call 24/7 care needs, and unlike other agencies, provides transportation services and does not have a minimum weekly hour commitment.
CBaH Stamford also offers FREE evaluations with its case coordinators and highly trained professional caregivers to sit down with families and seniors to create a service plan that fits any individual or family needs perfectly. “You can be confident that your needs will be met every single day. We treat our clients with the same respect and attention that we would give to our own family,” Ruotolo assured.
